1. Definition and object of the contract:

This contract is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The object of the contract is the sale of movable assets between Dzyubak Maryna's Calendario degli Aforismi, with registered office at Via Misa, 40139 Bologna, BO, VAT number 03751191200 and the consumer (the "Customer"). The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Dzyubak Maryna's Il Calendario degli Aforismi of a purchase proposal issued by the Customer via the Internet that accepts the following terms and conditions of sale.

 2. Prices.

The selling prices of the illustrated products are inclusive of VAT. To the price of the selected products must be added the cost of shipping € 6.00 (whole order). For orders over € 50 -  shipping is free. Cash on delivery - cash only - the shipping cost € 9.00 must be added.

 3. Purchase and payment methods.

Payment for products purchased on the Site is made using the following methods:

• Credit cards from the VISA and MASTERCARD circuits, whose payments will be processed through a secure server-to-server connection using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Protocol with 128-bit encryption.

• Paypal allows you to pay through your credit / debit card or through your Paypal account (rechargeable via bank transfer or credit card / prepaid card). Paypal does not involve any additional cost for the customer.

• If you are not already registered on Paypal you can easily open an account.

 4. Shipping times and methods.

These clauses refer to the shipment of the package and you do not have time to process the order, ie the time of order preparation and delivery by us to the courier, which normally are 3/4 working days.

Delivery is made (from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays) throughout the national territory. Upon delivery of the products to the carrier, a shipment confirmation e-mail will be sent to the user.

 5. Customer's obligations.

The Customer declares and guarantees:

• to be a consumer according to the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code);

• to be of age;

• that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are true and correct.

The Customer, with the electronic transmission of his order, declares to have read the conditions of sale, the payment methods and the entire purchase procedure.

 6. Limitation of liability.

The Calendario degli of Aforismi reserves the right to modify the contents of its website and legal notes at any time and without prior notice. Access to the site www.ilcalendariodegliaforismi.com and to the data contained therein is subject to the underlying legal notes. Any access to the site, after opening the home page, is understood as acceptance of the following legal notes.

The information, logos, graphic elements, images, and anything else published and / or reproduced on this site are the property of Il Calendario degli Aforismi. Reproduction of the site's content is permitted only with written permission from Il Calendario degli Aforismi. It is forbidden to modify, copy and reproduce, without authorization, the content of this site.

 7. Right of withdrawal.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the products.

The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, within the aforementioned deadline, by sending an e-mail in writing, pursuant to art. 4, by e-mail: ilcalendarioaforismi@libero.it

The Customer must also provide, using a carrier of his choice and at his own expense, the products purchased at the following address within 14 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal: Via Misa, 9 40134 Bologna, BO Dzyubak Maryna.

The customer will not have the right of withdrawal, in the case of products made to measure or personalized.

The costs and risks associated with returning products are the responsibility of the user.

The Calendario degli Aforismi will reimburse the user the sums paid, excluding the shipping costs incurred for sending the products, as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the date of receipt of the registered letter by bank transfer to the current account to be indicated in the withdrawal letter.

For all methods of exercising the withdrawal, the products must be returned intact and properly packaged, preferably in their original packaging.

For the exercise of the right of withdrawal it is not required that the goods to be returned are insured against theft and accidental damage caused by transport. However, since the risk inherent in the return of the goods is borne by the purchaser, the Calendario degli  Aforismi invites the buyer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal to insure, at his own expense, the shipment for the value object of the return.
