The Calendar is a system adopted by man to divide, calculate and name various time periods. These names are called calendar dates. The term calendar also identifies the material instrument used to illustrate this chronological calculation system (for example, a wall or desk calendar). More generally, the term calendar is also used to denote a list of events established or planned in a detailed manner.
